Hi there, I'm a fully accredited meditation teacher, gaining my diploma in meditation (with Distinction) from the British School of Meditation in 2018. I learned to meditate however, when I was a child; my mum taught me long and complex mantras which I lost interest in as a teenager when friends and socialising seemed much more important.
During the stresses of corporate life, redundancies and multiple family and young friend's bereavements I turned to the silent, deep meditation technique that millions of people use globally to find inner calm, clarity and peace.
I teach this simple technique that anyone can learn to meditate, to fit it into a modern lifestyle and more importantly, how to make it a daily habit using the science of habit formation, without being told to download yet another app!

I work on the principle that you get from meditation what you put into it. This means you make a meaningful commitment of your time and your resources to learn this technique. Your willingness to meet this commitment indicates your understanding of that value.
The course fee is fixed and much more reasonable than TM or Vedic instruction. You can pay in instalments if required. We also have special rates for young students and those on government support. We’ll explain all this in detail when you Join an Intro Talk.
Yes! In fact this technique is works great for the neurodiverse and can really benefit those with ADHD. You just need to be curious and follow the simple instructions on how to make it a habit. Join an Intro Talk
No chanting required. We recommend just sitting in a chair with your eyes closed for this technique. More details will be shared in the course.

No. You don’t have to change your life in any way in order to learn. Keep enjoying your coffee too! Some people learn because they want to stop smoking, or reduce their drinking, or change other habits. My silent meditation method will help.
